Senior Manager - Finance

Qualification: Masters/ACCA/ACMA or CA finalist
Experience: 8 - 10 years (3 - 4 years Managerial Experience)

Job Purpose:

Responsible in looking after activities such as developing strategies and long-range plans, preparing financial reports and developing financial procedures, according to organizational objectives.

Job Description:
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Designing annual budget guidelines to optimize cash flows, managing working capital requirements for optimal utilization of financial structure.
  • Drive and manage monthly budget and variances, sales, budgets, cash flow and fund management to ensure profitability.
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
  • Analyze business opportunities, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
  • Have a complete knowledge of IFRS and IAS specially in terms of related party, research development, intangible assets, etc.
  • Finalize statutory accounts, internal and external audit tax compliance.
  • Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughout.
  • Compile key business metrics and report on them to top management.
  • Monitor, track and pro-actively report business performance, identifying issues, opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and communicate key financial performance indicators.
  • Enhance operating efficiency as a member of the Finance team, sharing best practices, and leveraging experience and knowledge.
  • Supporting management in decision making problem solving with can do attitude to achieve business result.
  • Any other responsibility as per HOD and management instructions.
Required Skills:
  • Expert in Advance Excel
  • Experience of ERP or any accounting software
  • Excellent knowledge of Taxes and Tax laws
  • Strong comprehensive of financial concepts.
  • Excellent staff management skills with leadership attribute.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Good in meeting the deadlines and ability to handle stress.
  • Capable presenter with excellent communications skills.
